This delightful house is the summer residence of a well known New York, Martha's Vineyard and East Hampton architect. It is a traditional shingle style home with a second storrey master suite and four guest bedrooms. The taste level is very chic for furnishings and appointments. The bed linens and towels are french or designer. The kitchen has a Subzero refrigerator and Viking oven and is fully stocked for cooking, barbecues, or lobster dinner or drinks on the patio. Beautiful pool and terrace in the stonewall lined back yard . The beach is accessed along a nearby private path (3 minutes) to a dock on Upper Chilmark Pond, where two canoes await passage ( 5 minutes) to the private Barrier Beach or to Lucy Vincent beach. Barrier Beach, lies between Lucy Vincent and Abel's Hill beaches.
