Sweet cottage located off Flanders lane with a peek of the creek. Simple yet very comfortable. The open floor plan is a great use of the space. Its light and bright and very comfy. There is also a detached bedroom with half bath for the extra family. Nice deck to hang out on and wile away the hours. Walk to Menemsha to shop for your fresh fish dinner, watch the charter boats come in or simply watch the sunset eating lobster on the beach.
