Lovely newly renovated cottage within walking distance to Menemsha. Big extra large, open, light filled living area with an oversized cushioned window seats along a whole wall of the room. Cathedral ceilings, skylights throughout the whole house. There is a bit of a waterview of Menemsha Pond, but more importantly, you can walk down to a special cove and go kayaking! There is an eat in table in the kitchen, and another table in the living area. The furnishings are beautifully tasteful, yet ever so comfortable. A mix of antique and country says it all. The outside deck runs the entire lenght of the house.
