Athearn House is an exquisite eighteenth century house, in mint condition, with modern additions and 21st century comforts. It is set in three park-like upland acres on a very private waterfront estate with its own 300′ sandy beach on Nantucket Sound. The beach has a gently sloping, firm, sandy bottom, ideal for swimming and boating by all ages. Ownership runs to the low water line, most unusual anywhere in the world.
